How did you attract/address your audience?
To attract my audience, I used a lot of different
techniques. First of all, I had the sell line right on the top, so would be one
of the first things the people see, and also having the masthead quite large,
draws the reader in to having a look at the magazine. I have tried to use
colours that go well together so that it captures the attention of the
audience. The main cover image is also trying to drag the reader in, using
direct mode of address. The cover lines also are made to stand out, they are
put in alternating colours so are easier to read and so they look better. i
have also given a competition on the fornt cover to win gig tickets to also try
and pull the reader in.
